Up Clinic
The clinic’s premises in Lisbon were created with the aim of providing maximum comfort in an elegant and exclusive environment, without neglecting the proximity that characterizes the clinic’s multidisciplinary team.
Up Clinic was born with the aim of offering an experience of excellence in aesthetics and wellness. The clinic’s premises in Lisbon were created with the aim of providing maximum comfort in an elegant and exclusive environment, without neglecting the proximity that characterizes the clinic’s multidisciplinary team. There are several spaces for consultation, treatment, training or relaxation before or after a treatment or consultation. A building located in one of the most iconic and noble neighborhoods of Lisbon, in the Restelo neighborhood, with 1300m2 of area spread over 4 floors and 500 m2 of garden.
On floor 0 is the operating room, recovery area and technical areas of the block with which it will be opened in 2020. On floor 1 there is the main reception, the interior lounge, 3 consultation rooms, backoffice, photography room, meeting rooms, areas reserved for staff such as the pantry, changing rooms and toilets. On the 2nd floor, there is the second reception and second interior lounge, 3 wellness rooms, 3 consultation rooms, a gym and training room, a warehouse and toilets. On the 3rd floor is the rooftop with an area of 300m2 of rest and relaxation for all visitors to enjoy with a support structure to have a tea while before or after a treatment or consultation.
In the garden you can also count on 400m2 of a lawn area where you can hold a class with the clinic’s PT’s or a mindfulness session that periodically exist in the clinic.
Operating room
The clinic will have a 250 m2 operating room with recovery room. The operating room will be concluded at 2020.
ALGARVE
At Algarve, Up Clinic has a partnership with the HPA Health Group. Consultations are given at Clínica Particular de Vilamoura and Hospital Particular do Alvor. The surgeries are performed at Gambelas Hospital, Faro and Alvor Hospital. The entire appointment or procedure scheduling process is performed by the Up Clinic call center, and the follow-up is performed by Up Clinic patient managers and plastic surgeons at follow-up appointments. Regarding pre and postoperative procedures, we have a network of trained partners that ensure compliance with the pre and post-surgical protocols of Up Clinic.
OPORTO
At Oporto, Up Clinic has a partnership with Hospital Santa Maria. Consultations and surgeries are performed at the Santa Maria Hospital in Oporto. The appointment or procedure scheduling process is performed by the Up Clinic call center (can also be performed with the Hospital call center), and the follow-up is performed by Up Clinic patient managers and plastic surgeons at follow-up appointments. Regarding pre and postoperative procedures, we have a network of trained partners that ensure compliance with the pre and post-surgical protocols of Up Clinic.
