Endoscopic facelift
The endoscopic facelift is a minimally invasive technique, especially suitable for patients between the ages of 30 and 50 who don’t have much sagging skin but are already showing the first signs of ageing and don’t want the usual scars. Developments in medicine make it possible to perform various surgeries using small scars in hidden places. In facial plastic surgery, we can use incisions in the hair to correct the ageing of the forehead, eyebrows, crow’s feet and cheekbones, either together or in isolation through a frontal or eyebrow lift. In this technique – endoscopic facelift – using a microchamber, rejuvenation is achieved by repositioning the facial tissues, treating hypertrophied muscles (normally treated with botulinum toxin) and improving the entire ageing region in a gentle and natural way.
Endoscopic facelift technique:
- Small incisions are made in the hair, 3 to 5 in total, through which special surgical instruments are placed, allowing the entire forehead and cheek area to be worked on.
- Once the adhesions have been released, the tissues are mobilized using wires or special fixing materials, which in turn are attached to the fixed tissues of the scalp.
Sometimes combined with peels or lasersthe endoscopic fac elift allows for very natural results and rejuvenation without visible scars. The endoscopic fac elift is therefore a minimally invasive technique, especially suitable for patients between the ages of 30 and 50 who don’t have much sagging skin, but who are already showing the first signs of ageing and don’t want the usual scars. Patients with these signs and a sagging neck are particularly suited to a neck lift with a small scar under the chin, together with an endoscopic facelift, also with small, non-visible scars. This way, you get a full-face result without the usual scars around the ear.
