Dr Tiago Baptista Fernandes graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon, in 1999. Terminou a especialidade em Cirurgia Plástica, Reconstrutiva e Estética no ano de 2007.
In 2003, he founded the Portuguese Institute of Plastic Surgery, and in 2017, he established ASA – Aesthetic & Surgery Academy, which includes an annual facial anatomy course at the University of Lyon.
He is a member of the Portuguese Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SPCPRE), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the Portuguese Interdisciplinary Society of Medical Laser (SPILM), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).
Dr Tiago Baptista Fernandes represents the third generation of plastic surgeons in his family — a profession he embraces with passion and dedication, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Prof. Dr António Baptista Fernandes, known as the “father of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery” in Portugal.

Dr. Rui Lima graduated in Medicine from the University of Minho in 2014 and completed his specialisation in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2022.
Throughout his career, he has worked in several hospitals, including Hospital Santo Espírito da Ilha Terceira, Centro Hospitalar Universitário Lisboa Norte, Hospital Santa Maria, and Hospital Internacional dos Açores.
Committed to the continuous advancement of surgical techniques, he undertook several international fellowships, including at Ena Plastic Surgery Clinic (Toronto, Canada) focusing on Breast Surgery and Rhinoplasty (2018); Hospital de Feldkirch (Feldkirch, Austria) focusing on Orthognathic and Craniofacial Surgery (2019); Plastic Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, USA) (2020); Back Bay Plastic Surgery Clinic (Boston, USA) focusing on Liposuction and Gluteal Surgery (2020); and Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute (Dallas, USA) focusing on Rhinoplasty and Facelift (2020).
He currently works as a Plastic Surgeon at Up Clinic and Hospital Santo Espírito da Ilha Terceira.
He is a member of the Portuguese Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, the Portuguese Society of Burns, the Portuguese Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

Dr. Luca da Silva Costa graduated in Medicine from the University of Minho in 2013, completing the Integrated Master’s Degree in Medicine. In 2020, he obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine from the University of Alcalá, Madrid. Since the beginning of his practice in Aesthetic Medicine, he has focused on dermocosmetic counselling, aesthetic neuromodulation with botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and skin biostimulators, biostimulation with platelet-rich plasma, and intradermotherapy. His additional training has centred on regenerative aesthetic medicine and the use of physical treatment methods such as lasers and other light sources, radiofrequency, and ultrasound. His main areas of expertise include the treatment of facial, neck, décolletage and hand ageing, as well as acne and its scars, and vascular and pigmentary dyschromias.
His commitment to excellence is supported by both national and international courses, reflecting his ongoing pursuit of professional development to deliver natural and high-quality results. Originally from Serra da Estrela, Dr Rita Meireles completed her Medical Degree at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Coimbra, in 2014. She continued with her General Internship at Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte and later undertook her Specialist Training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra.
She further enhanced her expertise through an International Fellowship in Facial Aesthetic Surgery under the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) in Rotterdam, where she refined advanced techniques in facelift, neck lift, and periorbital surgery, including blepharoplasty and brow lift.
She also completed a Plastic Surgery placement at Hospital Universitario La Fe in Valencia, broadening her experience across several fields of Plastic Surgery.
Dr Rita Meireles worked as a Specialist in Plastic Surgery at Hospital Beatriz Ângelo in 2022 and 2023.
Her clinical practice covers a wide range of Plastic Surgery areas, including Facial Aesthetic Surgery — particularly facelift, neck lift, and periorbital procedures; Breast Surgery — such as augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy; and Body Contouring Surgery — including liposuction with varying degrees of definition, lipo-sculpture, abdominoplasty, thigh lift, arm lift, among others. She also has a strong interest and dedication to Female Intimate Surgery, performing labioplasty, vaginoplasty, and minimally invasive rejuvenation techniques.
In addition, she is dedicated to Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine, offering minimally invasive procedures such as botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injections, facial peels, mesotherapy, laser treatments, and more.
She is a member of the Portuguese Society of Plastic Surgery, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the Portuguese Society of Burns, and the European Burn Association (EBA).

Dr Rita Marçal is a specialist in Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine, with extensive experience in clinical assessment, diagnostic semiology, and the development of treatment plans aligned with a holistic and comprehensive approach.
She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management and Medical Law and has coordinated hospital functional units in both Intensive Care and Internal Medicine across various regions of the country.
Energetic and entrepreneurial by nature, she is driven by a genuine desire to understand each individual who seeks medical care — their concerns, motivations, and, above all, to find the most appropriate and personalised solutions for life in the 21st century.

Graduated in Medicine from the University of Marília – São Paulo in 2005, Dr Ronaldo Fiori was approved in the national examination of the Ministry of Education for the General Surgery Residency at the SUS – Hospital Municipal Dr Fernando Mauro Pires da Rocha in São Paulo, one of Brazil’s most renowned and competitive programmes. He completed his training in 2008, when he joined the Residency in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the Hospital Defeitos da Face (Brazilian Red Cross), an institution of international prestige.
Since 2008, Dr Fiori has served as a mentor in the training of new General Surgery residents at the Hospital Municipal Dr Fernando Mauro Pires da Rocha, where he has contributed to the education and development of future surgeons for the past 17 years. In 2009, he taught Surgical Practice at the Lusíadas University Centre in Santos, São Paulo, supervising sixth-year medical students in emergency care activities. In addition, he has presented several scientific papers at renowned medical conferences.
He is recognised for his work as an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon in prestigious hospitals in São Paulo, including Hospital São Luiz – Rede D’Or and Albert Einstein, with more than 15 years of experience. His areas of specialisation include Facial Rejuvenation, Breast Surgery, and Body Contouring.
